To ensure your Veloz home is built to our meticulous standards, we arrange two-prescheduled warranty visits during your first year of homeownership. We will contact you 1 month and 11 months after closing, to make sure the quality and dependability of your home is never a concern.

We are fully committed to making sure your warranty needs are addressed. Our Home Service Plan outlines the types of warranties that will cover you for the specified duration:

• 1-year warranty that we call "bumper to bumper" coverage. In the first year, we guarantee our materials and workmanship. And the best part is: there's no need to call a toll-free number to get service from a third party. Instead, you simply call us.

• 2-year Leak Protection Plan that covers your heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, and certain types of water filtration and internal leaks.

• 5-year Limited Veloz Homes Warranty that covers the structural elements of your home.
